I saw this position advertised today on Upwork and I instantly had to apply. Allow me to explain how I would contribute as an Online Customer Service and Application Support.
Me in a nutshell: I have worked with BPOs for many years as a Customer Support. We were trained how to answer email and respond to customers even in most stressful situations. I have also worked as a Quality Analyst. I made sure that the guidelines and standards set by clients are properly met.
Why am I applying now? Currently, I am working as a home-based proxy research analyst. I only consume 4 hours completing my daily tasks. I felt like I could be more productive by taking into second role and hopefully, with you as a Client.
What can I offer you? My biggest asset is understanding of customer service. My combined experience as a customer support has given me full knowledge how to best serve the customers. Finally, my office skills have also been enhanced. I can work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
