Company logo & banner

Hi, I am looking for some one who can design my company's logo. My website is [login to view URL] your design should be mix of colors on my website. I am open for your suggestions. Once i have logo, i also want you to make some changes in TOP banner to make it more colorful. Please note that this is a test project (I hope i will find someone good and cheaper than my local web designer), If you are a graphics designer who works in web as well (web designer with MUST web2.0 knowledge) then We may talk on some other projects i have Deliverable is PSD/PNG (PNG if possible) Designer must show me their previous work.
