Design of a toolbar component

We need design of a toolbar component in psd layered file. Elements to be designed: Prev, Play/Stop, Next, Mute, Volume slider, middle information section should change appearance from *track name* to *progress bar* on mouse over action. All buttons should be made for 3 states (normal, hover, active) Component dimensions is 26px height and from 300px - 400px in width (free for designer to decide). Our sample image is just an indication which elements should be included in the component. Color theme should be compatible with IE, FF and Chrome browsers default theme.
