I need 8 banner sizes - twice. 1 set will be static. The other with a gif headline. All banners must be under 50kb

?200 x 200 Small square
?336 x 280 Large rectangle
?300 x 250 Inline rectangle
?120 x 600 Skyscraper
?160 x 600 Wide skyscraper
They all have to be uniform.
I want them simple, almost cartoonish to grab attention. I have attached a word doc with the text. I have also attached a screenshot with the type of look I want on the banners.
You can grab a scale clipart image from bing or google images to add to the banner.
This is an easy job for anyone who knows what they're doing. I won't hire without a sample showing you understand.
But, I am hiring today if I find what I want.
