Redesign Website including graphics

I am looking for a professional web and graphic designer that can help me redesign our existing website [login to view URL] to the look, feel and function (but on a much smaller basis 8 - 10 pagers [login to view URL] The website shall contain the following: Coverting existing content into enhanced page layouts that are easy to update and manage Design better graphic content, flash slides, roll over / drop down navigation Each page will have image or flash graphics at the time (see Covenantheathcare site). Contact Us and thank you page for information collection Social media integration for YouTube Easy to update blog page See attached specs

## Deliverables

Selected coder will be asked to offer 3 concepts for each page. Selected coder must NOT deliver all 3 concepts together, as a start he/she will send the first concept if we liked it then there is no need to go forward with any more concepts, if we didn't then I will tell us all of our comments / objections on this concept so that he/she can keep them in mind when designing the second concept and so on... Finally and once we select the concept we will work on, there might be some changes (if any) to the selected concept After selection of final design, selected coder will be asked to deliver the following: - Professionally layered and sliced PSD file for each page, where each element in any page is in a separate layer - HTML / CSS for all website pages taking in consideration that HTML must be DIV based (no tables allowed) and that the final HTML must be compatible with all popular browsers Must be easy for staff to update site. Platform: PSD HTML/ CSS All popular browsers Deliverables: 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
