We run a different campaign in our organization like collections campiagn, upsell etc.. All the campaigns is being mentioned in the excel sheet which is attached.
What user is doing now:- In the collections Campaign- When the campaign is assigned to an agent the fields from Column A to S is already filled. The Agent has to open the account in our tool, using the account ID (in column E) and then call the customer. after calling the customer the agent fills the fields like "Current Outstanding" (in Column T), "Amt customer Already Paid" (in column u)...etc.. so agent has to fill the fields from Column T to AP..
What I want:- I want create a user form in sheet 1, which has all the drop downs.. for example..if the agent is doing collections campaign.. he should have a drop down which has all the A/C numbers.. The moment he selects the account number the user should get a 4 text box in which content of column F, G,H and I should auto populate.. We must also have combination of text boxes and combo boxes (anything which you think is approproiate) to accomodate the option for columns from T to AP..The momemnt agent strats filling the boxes and clicks on the submit button in the user form.. the data should be filled in the collections sheet
