Database Design and Build

Due to time restraints and other committments I have a small job on offer, I require a database to be written based on its predecessor (which will be included) it needs to be modernised and updated, tables normalised and redundant data removed. The original database has been changed by many programmers over its lifetime to which has made the database not function correctly in places leading to the decision of a revamp. Documentation will also be included as will the initial database rebuild and various other source files. The database will be need to be carefully designed and built using SQL statements and VBA functions as apposed to many Access pre builts and macros! comments and documentation will also be needed before sign off. The budget is low for this project in between $30 - $90 so please remember this before declaring your interest.
