We have 10 numbers 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
We choose 4 single digits , example 4078
3 operations :
We need to find how many permutations of the same number ,and one to subtract from each, then add up the results for 3 digits number.
Input file : Type what is 4 digit numbers? 4078
1. To create 24 possibilities
Solution analysis : 4087,4708,4807,4870,…. and so on(24 possibilities)
2. Need to subtract from each other
3. Add up the results of 3 at the end
What is the Output file name?, then print in note pad
4078, A-B (4-0) = 4 B-C (0-7)=7 C-D (7-8)= 1 answer is 471, (4+7+1) = 12
4708, A-B (4-7)= 3 B-C (7-0)=7 C-D (0-8)=8 answer is 378, (3+7+8)= 18
4807, A-B (4-8)= 4 B-C (8-0)= 4 C-D (0-7)= 7 answer is 447 , (4+4+7) = 15
minus, plus does not count
Therefore , code to print out like this
4078,471, 12
4708,378, 18
4807,447, 15
And so on, then
