Script conversion

hi I have around 300+ Unix shell scripts which are communicating with Sybase, client now wants the system to run on Microsoft platform but doesnt want to change the way of working so they need all the unix shell scripts utilities to be converted into Vbscripts communicating with SQL SERVER 2000 I will provide an example for the files and money will be per file basis which will be maximum $20 I know some of you guys will be confused as this is a very rare kinda project, we will run these vbs file on command prompt with different parameters lile sql server username, password, action to perform( for exp taking backup) I am also working on this so need help and its urgent because I have some deliverables coming very soon.. Preferable some indian in USA(NY) or in bangalore or Hydrabad working with some good reputed company as wipro/infosys etc Let me knw if you need some more explaination will call india to talk to person.
