i am looking for a programmer to provide Microsoft VB2010 Express code for me to include in an existing program to provide SHA1 encription of a file already known to the program. the file name is contained in a string "thefullfilename" which will contain something like "C:\Lolly\Best\fileofdata.txt"
the SHA1 hash required is said to be Base64 and the created string is to be 28 bytes long.
the hash value to is be returned in a string called "HashResult"
additional information about what i am looking for with the SHA1 hash using "Stream" method of .NET Framework 4 is shown at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/xa627k19
i am looking for a simple couple of lines of code to do the .........ComputeHash(filestream)
