Customer care executive for UK native only

Hello Freelancers,

At 9digit we bring new project every time.

Currently we are looking for someone who is having British (UK) English accent.

This project is all about IVR improvement, machine learning.

You will not be interacting with another speaker. This will be a solo call.

Job profile:

-- Make a call to provided number.

-- Read the provided script.

Requirement:

YOU MUST HAVE NOT PARTICIPATED EARLIER.

-- British person who's first language is British English.

-- Own mobile phone.

-- Headset or headphone

-- Skype account

-- Make 3 calls

-- Make sure you use two call source(Phone And VoIP)

-- Make sure Microphone type: at least 3 microphone types (earphones/internal mic/speakerphone/wireless)

-- All 3 calls should be qualifed.

We need total 3 calls from you.

Maximum call timing is 2 to 5 minutes per call.

Approx 15 minutes of recording

You will get paid within 15 days after 3 qualified calls.

Please note, you must be a English (English is your first language) from England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Your recordings will be subject to QA and cannot be accepted if your accent is not within these guidelines.

This requirement is specifically about accent, not fluency.

This is a strict requirement, so please only take part if confident that your accent will be accepted.
