Experiencing issues with Outbound DID's

Some of our users are unable to receive calls in one of our server. We are using star2billing systmes.
You should have experience with Asterisk, VOIP, mtpbx, A2billing & PBXware.
This problem is really easy to solve but I am not able to locate the problem. I would appreciate your help.
Please note: due to our companies policy we are not able to provide you an SSH session. We will work on TeamViewer and if you really think that you could solve the problem, then we will accept exceptions.
