Write some software (convert JSON to RSS) -- 2

Project: Write back-end code to convert json to XML and give server url to RSS-reader. Host the code on Heroku/other cloud platform and make it check for updates to the json data. Experience required: Experience/knowledge of Firebase and Heroku/other cloud-based app hosting service ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. You should be able to write the program to convert the json data. Screenshots are attached of json data in Firebase and my Feedly page. --------- Background: So, I need this job doing because I have scraped data in json format uploaded to Firebase. The data is scraped from websites by Kimono Labs, which in turn uploads the data to Firebase automatically. I run the scraper EVERY DAY. The problem is, RSS-readers don't understand json. So, I need someone to convert the json to XML. The XML then needs to be fed to an RSS-reader. I'm not a programmer and am busy so need someone to do this with as little input from me as possible. If you have an alternative method, for doing this, fine, but please just do it and save explaining to me how you will do it. NOTE: I do not need a new web scraper - Kimomo Labs works fine. ---------- Other requirements: - The app must run automatically - The app must convert new json data uploaded to Firebase - The app must convert json data for each API -- I have almost 100 -- into separate RSS feeds. - The app must automatically recognise and pick up new APIs created using Kimono Labs I will provide you with my username and password to my Firebase account where all the JSON data is stored. Because I'm not a programmer and have little experience programming this brief may lack important details -- feel free to ask for clarification. Attached is a screenshot of my Firebase dashboard and JSON data. Note: The app should not check Firebase for updates to the json TOO OFTEN. This will in exceeding Firebase's data download limit (see screenshot 2) and my Firebase account will be suspended. Currently around 1.5mb of json data is stored on Firebase. But if the Firebase is checked thousands and thousands of times a day for updates, this will exceed the monthly download limit of 10GB. Please message if you are not clear. -----
