Review of email security procedures. We are currently using Google G-Suite for our domain. Have an SPF, DKIM & DMARC record setup as per Google guidelines and are still experiencing outbreaks of spam with its address spoofed to be from ourselves. Not only is the spam annoying to our customers - It is extremely damaging for our brand. Looking for advice & possible alternative solutions. We have considered the posibility of bringing our mail back to being hosted internally with Exchange 2016 and an edge antispam / antivirus from the likes of Symantec. I have examples of mail headers which we have recieved from spam recipients. For the most part its the Mail From / Envelope From Header that is being changed to the name of a legit email with valid spf - Not ours so spam solutions etc are failign to detect the issue. .

hi, You shoule use sendgrid for sending mails. They will automatically filter spam messages and deliver only ligmiate mails. It is like you need to change your mx or email server to their server and it is very very fast. For upto certain mails the give it free and after that they charge but they will take care of spams I can do the integration for you with sendgrid and you can test it also with free accounts
