Consumers Reviews Platform

I would like to build a web-based platform for consumers to be able to register and post reviews, share experiences and discuss about various products. Basically the platform should be able to: - Allow user to register to have an account and setup their profile - And select A country and language - Select an industry e.g. Telco, Retail, etc. There could be further sub-selection here for instance under UK->Telco they would have the option to choose BT, Vodafone, Three, etc. (All those details will be provided) - Post a review, start and/or respond to a topic on a product or service - They should have the option to attach pictures or videos - The platform would also listen and capture hot topics/reviews/discussions on products/service providers manufacturers from social medias such as Facebook, twitter, google+ via apis to enrich the platform - The platform should analyse the data and produce real time reports on dashboards based on predefined KPIs - Consumers should be able to run comparative reports in real time between products or service providers to be able to make a selection/decision - The platform should also provide apis for external systems such as CRM, etc. to be able to consume its data and reports
