Looking for skilled builder/designer for a site that will need top-notch security. This is NOT a site that has EVER been seen on the internet and therefore would need to be kept strictly confidential.

The project would require design/build and programming of responsive pages with incredible security and ability to sign-in/up, download forms and access and load databases extensively...

Knowledge of secure site building and encryption would definitely be necessary... I'm talking online banking level security knowledge... Must know how to eliminate vulnerabilities within coding and establish the highest level of protection behind the walls so-to-speak... Must know how to use firewalls and any means necessary in order to keep data/design proprietary on all levels.

Project is technically located in NY as that is where I am located, however I am willing to work remotely with the right individual...
