Need site ported to XVideoSharing (basicallyXFS) site

I need a few features of vid [url removed, login to view] ported to XVideoSharing ([url removed, login to view]). It is essentially XFileSharing, so having XFS designing experience would be a big plus.
I need you to:
1) port the navigation bar and footer to XVS for all XVS pages
2) Port the main page to XVS (can copy entirely, you don't have to do any art - I will change it myself)
3) Port the "popular" page, doesn't have to be exact. I think this is doable as the main XVS page looks rather similar but less sexy
I can up my budget if necessary, just let me know.
