Migrate online store to another shopping cart

I currently have an online store with Miva Merchant 5. I am not at all happy with Miva since shipping is not easily customizable. So, I am interested in having the products in my store imported to the Volusion shopping cart. I also have a flat file with about 1,200 more products and I'm interested in having those products also imported into the Volusion store.
