A graphic designer to work on an existing site

I need a designer to work on two pages on http://www.jampri.com. In short, jampri let's you create and listen to music playlists from YouTube videos with your friends on facebook. I need a designer to improve look of the homepage and of a playlist view pages.
NOTE: I NEED A GOOD AND QUICK DESIGNER THAT CAN WORK WITH ME CLOSELY ON IM. THIS IS A STARTING BID FOR A MUCH LARGER PROJECT I CAN LATER GIVE TO THE DESIGNER THAT CAN MAKE A GOOD JOB ON THIS BID.
The 2 pages that I need to work on are:
1) On the homepage, I need to a design to show blocks on the right, instead of the nike banner.
2) Another page I need work on is the playlist view pages. An example of this page is [login to view URL] . As you can see there is a table showing the songs inside that playlist, currently showing 20 rows/songs. I need to change the design of the row to also include TWEET, FACEBOOK and G+ buttons per song so people can share with others that they are listening to a certain song from that playlist. On that same playlist page I also need to add 2 buttons on the playlist level that let's you go FORWARD / BACKWARDS in song sequence.
