Astrology/Pyschic custom template/information website

Hello. We need a designer who can work within the budget for a website for an Astrology/pyschic radio show. There will be paypal buttons for ordering a few products but does not require a shopping cart or full paypal integration. We require an all inclusive design meaning no added charges. I need to have this done on even more of a small budget because I have paid for the design which obviously will not be completed at this point because I've decided to go with a custom template the other template wasn't working for what is needed. 1) Need an astrology, new age style website, I have a few styles in mind, joomla flash or swish would be great 2)Logo some stock photos (you can add some you think will enhance the design) & All the content will be supplied, with instructions on where to put the content but you can also use your expertise to place the content as you feel it will look best. 3)you must speak & read english fluently, I don't want any issues understanding one another. 4)The project is due by Monday however there will be some addtions as time goes on 5)I need a designer willing to stay within the budget & NOT nickle & dime me, I will offer a bonus if extra work is required that is not discussed. 6) I've lost money on this project, please respect the deadline, the requirements & I will hire again & again for many future projects. I am the project manager, I do know about the design process & have web design experience. I appreciate the work that goes into a project. This project isn't complicated or huge. It's straight forward & I really need a great designer for this project. I have a concept in mind. Only apply if you have all the requirements, are honest, reliable & willing to work in the budget.
