E-commerce Shopping-Cart Sites Creation & Maintenance

I am looking for someone creative, good with web-graphics, and with experience in building and developing full featured, attractive shopping cart websites, using zencart, os-commerce, or other popular platforms. Also required are SEO for each site developed. The work will be ongoing, on an "per site" basis, as we are constantly coming out with new product lines. I hope to build a large network of independent e-commerce shopping cart sites, each focusing on a different line of products. Below are some requirements: 1) The sites needs to be visually appealing, customized based on the type of products. Some graphics creation / customization will be required. Flash experience is a strong asset. 2)You build the shopping cart, prepare the database, and we will populate it with products. However, some assistance will be required in developing the product listing template, and to have each product listing properly configured for each site. 3)Each site will need to be optimized for SE positioning. The right candidate will need experience in providing assistance in various aspects of SEO for each site. Link building also highly valued. 4)On going support will be required including SEO, with updating as needed. Reasonable pricing for ongoing support to be discussed. Min 6 month support should be included with each site. 5)Each site will need to be fully configured for accepting a variety of payment options, such as credit card, World pay, Paypal, googlecheckout. 6)The right candidate should be available online via MSN, Googletalk, ICQ, etc for discussion as work progresses. 7)Portfolio of past work is very important. Experience in building nice shopping cart sites are required, and I need to see your past work to determine if you are the right candidate for long term cooperation. 8)Source files such as PSD for graphics, etc should be made available. 9)Online marketing skills (SEO, Link building, Banner ads placement, affiliate marketing, adwords, etc) are strongly valued assets, and may lead to additional work related to this project. 10) On time delivery (max 10 days each site), and ability to start immediately is required. My max budget is USD $300.00 for 2 completed shopping cart sites (or $150 for each completed shopping cart site), which should including min 6 mon. support.
