Graphic Design Team for Promotional Material, Flyers and Website

I am looking for a team or individual to come on board and become my new graphic designers. My current designer is good, but is too expensive. I am only a small business with big plans and need to keep my costs down.

Now my website is www.itstricky.co.uk. I need a designer to give the site and all my publicity a new image. Getting away from my picture as the plan is to make 'tricky'parties nationwide with different entertainers. I need you to give me examples of your work. In the next weeks I will need:

And I also will need a new website, but this is not urgent. It would be good to have the team I chose for the graphic design also to be a ble to make an amazing website. A map where people can find out if there is an entertainer in their area. I want it to include a special area for the children to play 'good' games, and challenges.

I eventually need a program to run on a laptop which will drive the graphics for games and challenges at a party on an lcd screen, and also have a score board, again this is down the line, but it would be good to find a good team I can work with all the way through the project.

So I am testing the water, please take your time and explain to me if you, your team or company can develop a long lasting relationship. I will always pay per job, through paypal or moneybookers. If anybody has time to provide a sample of a new logo, or image for tricky to look modern but 'cool' and still with the fun of a childrens party.

I would possibly like some cartoon children characters, or a cartoon 'tricky' designing, which will be on all the artwork.

If you check [login to view URL] you will get an idea of the competition and see that most the websites are simple and low quality, this site needs to be the best there is.

Be prepared for us to take our time deciding on new logos and company identity we really want to get the right from the start, but I do not want something for nothing and it will be a rewarding long term relationship for a team who can understand what i want. Telephone communication would be important but not essential.

The final point to make is that I am not a small time entertainer dreaming. I run other sucessfull buisnesses and the children entertainment market is lucrative here in the UK.

Obviously it is hard for me to set a budget for this project, each individual job needs to be quoted for when we start working together
