Web 2.0 - Frontend Web Designer with Photoshop PSD, Html Javascript skills

We are looking for an absolutely top Frontend Web Designer to create a series of web templates for us. This person must have be experience in Web 2.0 (social network ) design, Template, PSD design skills, Html JQuery with html and CSS template skills WHAT SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR: -> Graphic Skills - Set your own art direction and new icons set and art work for website. - Good with Minimalistic web 2.0 (social media) colour scheme - Choose of FONT for the template and entire website. - Photoshop PSD, format , Template design -> Technical Skills. - Transform PSD template to CSS, HTML - Strong Template design and programming skills. - Strong JQuery skills to apply to CSS , HTML - It will be ideal if you understand Python Django (but not necessary) DESIGN DIRECTION: - Web 2.0 style - Minimalistic , Clear - There will be many photos in the listing and we want people to focus on photos, host photos or event photos.
