build simple easy 4 pages HTML sites (on free templates)

Hello,
Our company needs someone with basic HTML, but with a lot of patience for this small project.
Project plan:
A. Create 4-5 web pages (about 200-300 words) for websites on every one of these subjects:
1. Earn money on the web by survey-taking
2. Earn money by selling your crafts, hand-made art work etc...
3. Start a career as a blogger
4. How to create an eBook and sell it on Amazon
5. How to become an online translator, or join One-Hour-Translation or other sites like that, as a translator
you can write yourself or find online material or even pages suitable for this and just change them (so there won't be copyright problems) so you have 4 or 5 pages on every subject.
B. Take all these texts and translate them with Google-Translate to 8 languages -
German, Dutch, Swedish, Italian ,Czech, Slovakian, Croatian, Slovenian.
That's good enough for us, it's ok, DO NOT use a professional translator for this.
C. Find 5 FREE HTML templates that look nice and professional, like here - [login to view URL]
D. Choose a template for every one of the subjects and put the texts (4-5 pages) in the template (do that 8 times for 8 languages), and put some free pictures as you like where the template needs a picture.
so you'll get a total of 40 websites, 5 different websites on the 5 subjecs X 8 languages.
As we said, it's a job for someone with basic HTML skills but with enough patience.
