Manager, Developer, Mentor, Partner, Agent, Project Manager

I have years of entrepreneurial development experience, one year of corporate programming experience, a degree in Web Design, and a degree in Software Engineering (with straight-As). I would like to begin freelancing, and I have to have a safety net in the beginning; that is, I have to find a more experienced freelance developer who can catch me if I cannot configure a SQL database connection or locate a bug in the code. I also need serious help on bidding and choosing appropriate projects to bid on. I would simply try to find a programming mentor, but I might (or might not) really need dedicated assistance at times. I also need the feeling and structure of being in it with somebody to succeed. The ideal solution would be to find a development team who can provide me with some management and cover me if I get in too deep, but any assistance is appreciated. I only speak English, and this would involve technical conversations - I therefore ask that only those with English as a native language bid. My absolute minimum take-home is $5 hourly (i.e., my minimum with your percentage, if you are comfortable with 20% of what I earn, is $6.25 per hour). I am thinking I would pay the agent-developer-mentor percentage of what I earn immediately after I am paid with my projects. This can be ongoing - as long as I get paid as per whatever agreement is reached, you get paid. I am new to this, and alternative payment structure suggestions are welcome. The first job, the one for this listing, would be completed once I receive more than $125 for work completed online (assuming a 20% fee would be $25 for you). I would like to have as little involvement in acquiring the task as possible.
