PSD to magento theme

I have a .psd files here for homepage , product page and category page and would like to converted into a Magento theme by editing the theme i have bought for my store so that layout remains same .
The winning bidder will need to convert the file into a theme that has no tables and will pass inspection by the W3C Validator. The theme will be used on a fresh Magento install .
Bids with less amount and more experience will be preferred , must be able to start and finish asap .
Looking for long term partner with lot of projects .
