I've done same projects with Google Maps API, so I know what to do. Some kind of example is [login to view URL] (it's on russian, but you can see general usage of maps there) The only question is design, so we can discuss it (like you'll show me examples of "good" and "bad" design) and start development ASAP.

Hi, I don't think google earth is needed in this project, but google maps to show the map and locations. It also require google maps locations search to be integrated. I have been working on a legacy tracking system which uses google map extensively, so for me this is a simple task. This can be done in 1 day if design in PSD is ready.
