Single PSD web page, Wireframe provided! 4 hours max!

Hello, I am a freelance designer that has gotten sick and cannot complete a portion of a project. Because I have done a substantial part of the project and have very specific design specs, this project will take you just a few hours to complete! Read on.... :) The project: single page PSD for the front page of a site that requires both a trendy bar/lounge feel coupled with the tameness of a university or professional site. Bullet points: -single page -wireframe/sketch completed and provided -no photos are needed. ALL photos (minus any that you may built into the layout) are TBD by me later. -color palette will be provided (see below) -visual style already provided (see below) -PSD only, no code needed! -virtually no guesswork or time consuming decisions required Layout: The design and layout are 100% sketched and wireframed (using Balsamiq Mockups) and will be provided to you by jpg or pdf. That is over 50% of the project done for you! Bonus - colors and style: The colors and style of the design are also chosen! Again, saving MUCH additional time for the designer. The palette and style can be seen @ attached .jpg file. (again, this project requires a more professional, scholastic presentation than what is seen on the attached jpg, but otherwise identical color scheme and feel). 2nd Bonus - photos: No stock photos needed! That's right, every photograph indicated on the wireframe can be left BLANK! This again saves hours!!! Guys, I am a designer and I am down on my luck. This is a straight single page design and nothing else. My brother graciously said he would convert the PSD into xhtml for me, so this is a standard PSD job. Given that I have already completed a lot of the time consuming parts of the project, I feel that this project will take no more than half of the time it normally would take you to do a single page PSD design. Given that you can have this project finished in mere hours, I am looking for offers around 45% of what you would normally charge for this type of work.
