We need a small site building to promote services in the heating industry

This site is to promote our services in the heating industry; Biomass, Solar, Gas / Solid Fuel. So the idea, given the company name of 'nrg3' is to have 3 main sections to the site, plus Home, Contacts and the usual links to social media etc.
We do not pretend to be fully experienced in this field, so we would appriciate advice on the correct platform for our particular site.
We do have a little experience with Joomla and WP, but you may feel that these are not appropriate, especially given recent hacking on WP (ecperience with that unfortunately).
We would prefer to have hands on once the site is built, or until we have learnt the backend of the chosen platform.
We have corporate identity set, so no graphics are needed.
Being a service, we do not require any marketing / sales setup.
The business has just been registered and we are looking for the site to be functional in 2 to 3 months.
