Setup our Google plus Business profile and make it appear in the SERP's

We want our business profile, not our name to show up in Google for the SERp's - an example can be seen here: [login to view URL] ^ True Value Solar - "by True Value Solar - in 58 Google+ circles" It's showing their business name, not the personal name of the account managing it. We also want to setup our business like this: [login to view URL] We have the EMD for a particular search term, and we have a business setup and the website built around the main keyword as a brand. We want everything setup like this.
