Create an Animation on after effects

hello i need flash version after effects video which i can use in my wordpress website like a flash header

but video should be more attravtice !!!

you see how the frames comes to the front and the other stays in the back?

they come one by one to the front with different animation/transitions

that is what client wants to accomplish with the bubbles
