I want to build a website for a boutique hotel which can: 1) Integrate with my current PMS provider in terms of availability and room booking 2) Customer can pay upon confirming reservation (so integrated with a payment gateway) 3) I need to have a discount / voucher service that I can generate from my end and give to loyal direct customers that they can use when booking directly with me. As well as new customers and travel agents for bulk room sale. By bulk room sale I mean I would give a unique code to a specific travel agent and ask them to book direct through the website rather than doing it manually 4) I need the website to be able to take the virtual tour for the property. I already have someone who is going to provide me with virtual tour file to upload on the website 5) I would require the person who will be awarded the website to also add content to it (they must be great at English and got experience in marketing words to add) 6) The website has to be google friendly and be able to do full marketing on it in terns of SEO optimisation and so on. 7) I have a .[login to view URL] and .com domain which I want the .[login to view URL] domain to be directed to .com aswell 8) When the website is finalised, I would also like to create an app for the property specifically 9) I must be able to put in offers for bulk rooms as well as singular rooms 10) I want to be able to provide packages for my customers aswell
