Clean-up & finishing touches of wordpress website (Divi theme)

I am looking to price and time estimate a project that I would really like within 5 days, or less. Here are the exact areas of support: 1. Ensure: - membership function automatically creates log-in ids and passwords automatically upon new user registration. - all pages link up and that private posts remain privately viewable with only specified excerpts viewable to unregistered users (already have MemeberPress set up which does this, but I need to be extra sure this works). - is mobile responsive (theme does this automatically but needs a quick check). 3. Set up APIs: - google analytics, - Mail Chimp and other Api widgets (I think there are 2 more). Set up: - Google Graphs & - Google news (or a better widget for customizable news feed) 4. Assist in: -adding two plugins as widget sidebar items. - fixing any overlapping text or misaligned images (very few of these - 45 minutes of work at most). - checking one widget that causes white screen of death, was working, now doesn't. Would like to fix it if it's a quick fix. 6. Create: - a forum page where registered users can post and discuss topics. - a quick pdf search repository, photo attached. 10. Clean up: - any margins or overlapping text that appears on a few pages. (very few of these, would be no more than an hour to fix them all). - subscription page to look like the attached. 12. Create a Madlib style form from gravity forms. - Directions can be found here: [login to view URL] - I need to be able to reuse the code for this form style to set up more like it. 13. Basic SEO set-up. Notes: MUST be functional with the Divi Extra theme as this is the theme I am using and I will need to be able to edit it. Expect to need future support in SEO, data entry and social media, and website updates. Ideally this project will lead to other projects together. I do not expect this to take more than 8-12 hours. Please provide hourly pricing as well so I can consider it for continued work.
