CMS website for Index data presentation

I would like to build multilingual website, based on CMS (best solution will be Wordpress).

Need to show data from my index ([login to view URL]) and make profiles for municipalities and regions where will be shown detailed data only for registered users.

About data:

Each year I update core data for index. Index is based on 90 indicators which are cumulated to several groups and those groups are cumulated to 6 key fields. I have to input indicators data – system has to automatically calulated groups and than key fields.

CMS definition:

 Rated cities/regions on google map – same as Map of smart cities | Slovak Smart City Index ([login to view URL]) but info onclick map pins will have more infos (city name, overall position in index for last year, url to spiderchart, url to city profile)

 Spider charts – same as Index smart cities | Slovak Smart City Index ([login to view URL]) but also users can can switch between cities comparation and regions comparation, also compare city/region over years

 Users profile – payments, users information (name, position, address, city/region representative or company representative, their newsletter preferences, last activity)

• When city/region representative – their can see info about city stored in website database an suggest changes (population, information, smart projects, etc.), also they can upload documents about city (budgets for years, etc.)

• When company representative – company information, company logo, company products, address and cities/regions where they implemented their specific products and date when smart product was implemented

 Cities/regions profile – detailed information about city/region, something like City Performer, where will be shown detailed data from Index data (calculated groups data from indicators and only text info which indicators are in those groups)

Users administration – for payed accounts

User can pay for those accesses:

- Only one city/region for specific time (day, month, year)

- One region and all cities in its destination for specific time (day, month, year)

- Whole index data for specific time (day, month, year)

Administrator will set up prices.
