Create request internal tracker

Hello! We are looking to create a request tracker website for our internal use. The user would type in a text box and we would have an auto-complete form populate Request Descriptions that were previously added. This should be a very quick project for someone. For example, if I started typing "hot", and "hot dog" was previously typed in, it would return Request Description "hot dog". Likewise, if I typed "dog" "hot dog" would also be returned. If the autocomplete is able to find a previous entries, we would like to have an up and down vote for each returned selection. Note, we will want to be able to click the up and down icons several times (no need to limit it to one vote). If the autocomplete entry did not find a previous entry the user would then have the option to add it (which would also be considered 1 up vote). Lastly, we would like to be able to edit any of the Request Descriptions results. We will be pulling the results straight from the database, so there is no need to build out anything that. * Preferred platform: Azure (.NET, MS SQL), possibly jquery? ** Table structure recommendations ** Table Name: Requests - Request ID (int) - Request Description (varchar) - Created At (datetime) - Updated At (datetime) Table Name: Votes - Vote ID (int) - fk Request ID (int) - Vote (bit) (0 is a down vote, 1 is up vote) - Created At (datetime)
