As an ITOM Technical Architect focusing on ITOM development and configuration on ServiceNow platform this resource will deliver finalized ServiceNow Solutions utilizing the ServiceNow ITOM applications • he ITOM Technical Architect is comfortable in Jason scripting and coding ITOM solutions, namely Event, Discovery, Service Mapping and Orchestration • Knowledgeable and familiar in the ServiceNow ITOM offerings and can lead a customer through knowledge and requirements discussions for implementing and deploying ServiceNow ITOM, including the following: Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Service Mapping & Integrations • Code and Develop customized Patterns, Probes and Sensors for Discovery and Service Mapping. • Sound knowledge in CMDB and it operation management • Deliver technical workshops on ITOM: Event, Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Service Mapping, Cloud Management • Expert understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data sources, ServiceNow data mapping • Knowledge on identification , classification rule in CMDB • Knowledge over event and alert rule • Articulate the ServiceNow CMDB Classes for Asset and Configuration, their relationships and dependencies • Required Hands on experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementations • Required Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB Architecture Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow orchestration and automation activities including end-user productivity, infrastructure automation, and business automation. • Experience in implementing orchestration activities like user- provisioning, Client Software Distribution, Password Reset, VMware provisioning, Amazon EC2, AD, Exchange, SCCM, etc. • Hands on experience in developing custom orchestration activities, automate technology stacks, integrate service-centric processes and datacentre automation using ServiceNow platform. • Exposure to process automation, workflow connectors etc. • Hands-on experience using ServiceNow integration hub, flow designer and spokes. • Expertise with scripting languages such as PERL, JavaScript, Python, or Power Shell • Integration experience with Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP) as well as XML and JSON knowledge • Understanding of MID Server & troubleshooting experience • Strong collaboration with stakeholders including internal customers, stakeholders, and vendors to understand challenges and gain consensus on improved system and operational solutions • Must have proficiency of ServiceNow administration, ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, and common scripting languages such as PowerShell • Preferred certifications – o Service Now System Administrator Certification (Preferred) o Service Now Implementation Specialist Certification (Preferred)
