Make design for webstore on platform - RUSSIAN SPEAKING ONLY

We have a webstore on a platform, but will change to another platform soon. In connection to that we want to make a new design for the store. The store has an interesting theme that should be fun to make design for. We are VERY ambitious about the design and want to have something very special with a strong mood and personality, so you should expect that we will make several changes, and want to be part of the process. We imagine some use of flash on the site, but not much, as the site should be fast and friendly to even old computers with poor internet connection. The finished design should be in psd format and will then be implemented by the platform support staff. IMPORTANT: THE STORE IS RUSSIAN AND IN RUSSIAN LANGUAGE, SO ONLY NATIVE RUSSIAN SPEAKING DESIGNERS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
