Modify/re-design Earth Dashboard

EarthGame is a small non-profit research and education organization and developer of the Earth Dashboard, the Global Solutions Lab ([login to view URL]), and the upcoming online WorldGame global simulation and problem solving tool. We are looking for someone who can do the programming and help us modify and further develop the Earth Dashboard ([login to view URL]). The uploads are screen shots of the backend of the Earth Dashboard.
The pervious developer took a full-time job and had to move on from our project. We are looking for someone to replace him. As a small non-profit we do not have the funds for hiring someone local. The only option we have is to find someone who can afford to work on an exciting project for what we are able to pay. We are looking for a long-term, multi-project collaborator.
