New Search Engine

I am looking for someone capable of creating a site exactly like Ecosia. I would like: 1. To have 5 pages. 1a. Home page: This page would be modeled exactly after Ecosia and DuckDuckGo 1b. A SERP. Again, exactly like other search engines. 1c. A static about page. 1d. A static FAQ page. 1e. A Blog page. 2. Each page should have a small corner menu and a search counter and notification bell (for blog posts). 3. The search engine should be capable of being set as the default search engine for the top web browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, Microsoft, Safari, etc.). This requires making capable extensions. 4. Ideally, it can be edited from a backend that does not require coding (this means updating all text and image content). 5. The search engine would be powered by Bing's Syndication Partner Network. 6. At some point this project would have to be turned into a phone application.
