Replicate a shopify store template

I have a basic retail store that has a range of shopify apps and functionality.
I have found a competitor store that I like the look of, however need assistance in coding all the minor differences between my sites.
Primarily this includes minor changes to the product page and checkout process.
This includes general formatting, addition of trust badges and some scarcity generating functionality in the checkout process etc.
The work would be to exactly replicate the other website so that it becomes my core template. None of the functionality is overly complex for an experienced shopify coder so I am looking for someone who can easily take on the task and produce a template independently of too much direction.
