Revamp Wordpress website and make it more modern and visually appealing

We would like to make the website for our psychology clinic ([login to view URL]) more modern, engaging, intuitive to navigate, and user friendly with more visuals (images and embedded video). We currently have a custom theme.
Our clinic provides treatment for an anxiety condition in children called ‘selective mutism’. The website has information about our treatment as well as product pages to purchase live webinars or recordings of webinars in 3 different formats (USB, DVD, or online recording). The recordings are not stored on the website. These products are currently listed separately with a lot of text and can be confusing for clients.
There are 2 main things we need help with: Page layout and Ecommerce pages (using Woocommerce).
Page layout:
1. The ‘About’ and ‘Our Treatment’ pages have a lot of block text. We would like to break up the text by dividing the pages into sections and making it more engaging to read. For example, the 'Our treatment' could be divided into 'sydney-based treatment' and 'outreach program' (with a picture for each) with a visual for costs/rebates
○ We will provide small videos to embed
2. The ‘Our team’ page is currently very long ([login to view URL] )
○ We would like it to look similar to our other business website ([login to view URL] ) with a grid of pictures of our clinicians. However, when the user clicks on a clinician, we want the URL to change so that there is a different URL for each clinician – to help with SEO.
3. Rearrange the layout of our footer: moving the position of the menu and social media links to something more visually appealing
Ecommerce pages:
1. Our own products: Simplify the experience of purchasing the live webinars and webinar recordings
○ We believe this will be achieved by having a tiered structure for the products, and visuals to click on. This structure is needed for both the ‘live webinars’ page, and for the ‘recorded webinars’ page
○ E.g., Top structure will have 3 pics depending upon the audience type (clinicians, teachers, parents) – we can imagine this would be three pictures to click on
i. 2nd level will be the name of the webinars that are relevant (we can supply DVD covers that can be used as pictures for each of these)
1. 3rd level will be the details of what the webinar is about and formats available (e.g., USB, DVD, Online recording) – an image could be used to select each format
2. On 3rd level add a carousel of images to each product page relating to each webinar (similar to any major online stores e.g. the iconic, etsy etc). We will provide the relevant pictures.
○ Change the design of ‘related products’ below each product and the option to choose which products appear in this area (we will provide a list of which related products are relevant)
○ Make product pages, carts, checkouts, payment methods, more visually appealing
2. Only have one (instead of two) sign-up forms on this page ([login to view URL])
3. Recommended resources: Change layout to grid of images to emphasise the product images ([login to view URL] )
