This project is to create a web site to support horse sales using a database with layers of search refinement.

The key functionality of the site will be to act like Redfin for horse sales. There will be 3 roles on the site: seller, buyer and admin. Each role should have a unique dashboard. The admin role should be able to get into edit any user account. Otherwise, the seller should be able to list and manage listings, and the buyer search listings and save favorites. Legal disclaimers will need to be accepted for buyers and sellers.

Developer should be versed in using PostgreSQL or MYSQL databases.

Please see attached spec. Wireframes will be given upon hiring. Please include project quote in your cover letter, otherwise will be ignored.
