Web Design and Graphic Design Go-To Person

We are looking for an individual to take up an ongoing job with us. We will contact them whenever we need Graphic Design or Website Design work. This is an ongoing job which can have months with as low as 5 hours needed over the course of the month but other months where there are 40 hours budgeted in a single week. Hours will likely begin small and ramp up later.
Who we are:
We are a company in the tabletop roleplaying game industry who is not only designing their own game but also releasing technical advice for gamers and designers alike.
What We Need:
We need someone with graphic design and website design experience. This would be a sort of on-call position. You will be our go-to person for our graphic and web design needs.
The website uses the Divi Wordpress Theme and Divi WordPress Builder but needs an aesthetic makeover alongside a few other changes we are making with the content plan. We would like someone to use their Graphic Design and Web Design skills in conjunction to design a more aesthetically pleasing website. Afterward, as we build more content for the website, we would like to give you the edited content and allow you to post it in an aesthetically pleasing manner alongside any relevant graphics you create for the post.
Finally, we also will create e-books. Ability to use your Graphic Design skills to build not only aesthetically pleasing Websites put also Digital Documents would be beneficial.
Required Skills:
Ability to Create or Use Digital Graphics (including Logo Design)
Ability to use the Divi theme to create an aesthetically pleasing website, including the creation of blog posts using pre-supplied text. Pages should be optimized to share across multiple social media platforms with Facebook being the most important social media platform.
Bonus Skills:
Ability to create digital documents, such as with Adobe InDesign CC
Because of the potential periodic nature of the work, we will be looking for hourly rates.
