Website with Interactive Google Maps and Databse for real estates properties -- 2 - 18/10/2017 13:18 EDT

I want to create a website with the following details: - The Mainpage will be an interactive map with properties pinned on the map - Once the use come close and stay 2 sec on one of the pins, a pop-up window appear with property details including pictures to be scrolled in the pop-up window - The user can add the property to "add to compare" so he can then compare more than 1 property in another page with the properties he added to compare from the map - The user can limit the choices on the interactive map by filter using check-boxes/drop-down menus at the top of the website with sliding filters as well for the price and other details, the map should be interactive to the filters and update accordingly immediatly - The user should be able to add properties to favorite so he can check further with his own personal/account map with only favorite properties - The user initially when login to the website and before having the interactive map should get the window splitted into two big buttons (Buy/Sell) - The admin should be able to easly add new properties to the map - The users should also be able to login to their accounts and add/modify/delete the ads - The modified ads from the users shouls be first approved from the administrator so as not to violate the terms and conditions. - The map could also be divided into sections/parts and a pop-up window to open with a short video demostrating the area info and details then to dissapear to show the properties in the area
