Wordpress Multisite with WPMU Plugin Implementation

Must be proficient with Wordpress Multisite and able to implement WPMU plugins and options such as: Pro Sites Multisite Content Copier Multi Domains Domain Mapping and more... To give you an idea of what I am interested in creating you can see at [login to view URL] I will have the main home page with multiple theme options to choose from. There will be three levels people can get a site with FREE, and 2 paid options. I would like to have (3) themes to choose from initially. I already have the multisite setup and implemented. The main theme will need to be customized. I already have a premium theme installed. I will provide easy to work with premium themes for the (3) sites users can choose from. I would like a website progress section helping users get the content setup. Each theme will be loaded with dummy content for the user to help them customize their site. I would like to implement reliable wordpress plugins to save development and updating time. I have created a "test" site that will be used for when signing up - http://www.norastylez.com. This will be one of the three themes available. My goal is to find an amazing wordpress developer so this can be an ongoing project after the initial setup. The project duration chosen is based on the initial setup. I can help provide beautiful images. I have set the work hours required to 20. I would like to make sure that I am also involved in the process slightly and that I can work well with the developer.
