520036 HTML5 to Apple/Android/Windows Phone 7/Symbian/Nokia Program

I have a HTML5 application, designed using App.Cat. Can anyone write me a program, or reformat a HTML5 app into Apple/Android/Windows Phone 7/Symbian/Nokia formats. It is touchscreen and I need to be able to update it us ing the [login to view URL] software. They will not provide me with the HTML of the app, but the url of the app is [login to view URL] and when visited on an iPhone/iPod instead of the page with a description, it has an arrow and you install it by selecting add to homescreen. I need it to work on the above systems and I need a program to do it as I may have to change more apps in the future. I am only a 13 year old, with a small website and a few apps so I don't have much money. Please help me, and also, for the apple can the maker of the program submit it to apple? Thanks.
