I need help customizing my blog-site on Wordpress. I have a mock-up of what I would like my blog to look like (which I will provide later). I will need to incorporate jpegs of custom buttons, and a header.
I want to use the Neoclassical theme incorporated into my wordpress blogsite.

I wanto add hyper-links on my blog page, For example:

i want ALL lower case letters everywhere on my blog
I also need help with the following:
1. how to get custom button images I created to show up on my sidebar
2. make header clickable to link back to home page from any other page
3. how to add a link within the text of my post that leads to a new page on my blog
4. AVATARs
5. all hover links should be the light tan contrast color shown on my blog
