Add Comodo Trust Logo to WooCommerce's Cart and Checkout pages

Hi,
My staging Wordpress/WooCommerce site is at [url removed, login to view] (please ignore certificate warning)
The site has Comodo dynamaic Trust Logo fixed at the bottom left corner, see screenshot: [url removed, login to view]
Requirements:
- Add the Trust Logo to the Cart page, next to the Checkout button: [url removed, login to view]
- Add the Trust Logo to the Checkout page, next to the Proceed to Paypal button: [url removed, login to view]
- Ensure theme/plugin upgrade won't overwrite the changes;
- Provide the list of files that have been changed (path/filenam). Does NOT need to provide change details, only names of files are fine.
WP-admin and SFTP access are available, no cPanel access.
