Booking Plugin

Hi, I'm Stefan. I am opening a tour operator business. I need for my website a few modifications in the Booking Plugin and the payment also. I am using WooCommerce now and obviously I don't have too many options. The website : [login to view URL] So ... this is how I see it working : In Admin : I can set up the prices for an adult and the kids(child 0-12 and child 13-17). Depending on the tours I should enter the maximum number of tourists. Depending on the hotels I have to specify the room configurations costs. All prices are based on a double room [login to view URL] of the number of adults and children (the excel file attached) the price should increase (or remain the same) according to choosen configuration. For example (let's say the price for an adult is 1000, all kids = 900): 1 adult only,it should pay according to configuration 1 0 0 - £ 70 added to an adult price(total =£1070). For 2 adults with 2 kids 0-12 and 1 kid 13-17 – configuration 2 2 1 - £ 110 added (2adults x £1000 =£2000 + 3 kids x £900=£2700 + £110-room configuration = Total = £4810) Client Display Let him choose how many Adults , Children 0-12 , Children 13-17 (Do not exceed the maximum number of tourists). Let him choose the dates – I need a live counter here (condition to decrease the number – Payed booking) – if there are just 5 spaces do no let him make reservation for 6. Above this text : All our prices are calculated based on a double room shared. Also one child between 0-12 is allowed to sleep in the same bed with his parents(tutors) without paying nothing. For a child between 13-17 we added an extra bed or a single room. You have NOW the following configuration of rooms : Example :1 double room with an extra bed. If you wish another rooms configuration please choose : Single room = +£150 Double room = +£200 Suite = +£300 If he press the Check Availability it should go to Log in or Create an [login to view URL] Request Confirmation … he will receive an email if everything it's ok and than he can go to Bookings and pay for the [login to view URL] … here it's another condition. If the date of the booking is less than 30 days until the date of departure … he must pay the whole [login to view URL] it's more than 30 days than he can pay just 25% deposit. Of course I would like to see the remaining balance for each client and to have the option to send him remainders.
