Custom wordpress plugin

I have a wordpress website which shares articles with a list of images, similar to Buzz Feed. Of course, readers can share the entire article to social media. However, I would like something custom developed that would allow them to just share a specific "number" inside the article. It would give them a button on each list point, which would open a popup on their screen that would show an image and some custom text. It would also allow them to share this specific "box" of data to social media. Similar to Facebook apps that allow you to share your quiz results to social media, particularly Facebook. When sharing, the post should follow a specific template, with an anchor link that would direct people to that specific point in the article. All titles are wrapped in an H3 header to make it easier. For example: You're reading an article titled "Top Ten Flowers". You come across the rose, which is #6 in the list. You want to share the information about the rose, but you don't want to share the entire article. So, there's a button on the rose that says 'More Details'. When you click it, a popup appears with a rose and some bullet points about the rose, with an option to share this to social media. When you share it, only the image and information about the rose is shared - with a link to the rose section of the list, for those that want to see it themselves. -- Some notes: This plugin will be used on multiple different websites, so it can't be custom coded to just a specific installation. We currently have 30 websites we would like to deploy this on. Some of our lists have over 50 points, so this needs to be very easy to use. The "smarter" it is, the better. It shouldn't require a lot of extra work to use. We are currently using the Newspaper X theme from tagdiv, so the plugin should be fully compatible with this.
